DIY, is the short form of Do It Yourself. With the widespread arising of professional vehicle diagnostic devices in the market, many private users don’t accept it easy with the complicated operation and expensive cost. Developing road of Launch DIY product in recent years is as following: MCS51→ NXP → STM, the newest STM including CRP129, Cresetter II, CRP122, CRP12X Series, Creader VII.
In 2013, launch focus on the research and development of two series products, CRP12X series and Cresetter II.
Launch CRP129 newly develop in DPU platform, which adopts company’s own developed chips, DP431 and JV700. Supporting Full OBDII functions, DTC Cause/Tips, Graphs data, Internet updatable, Prints data via PC ETC. Supporting multiple car models, multiple (4) systems, multiple functions (oil lamp reset, brake pad reset, etc.), multi-languages and multiple registration method. Launch CRP129 have car Model Diagnostic Function (Multiple Models + 4 Systems), update in internet, prints data via PC, Multilingual, all OBDII functions, ETC.
What are all OBDII functions?
1, Works on ALL 1996 and newer vehicles (OBDII & CAN)
2, Turns Off “Engine、AT、ABS、SRS” warning lights , Data stream，Graphs data
3, Oxygen sensor works to detect the content of carbon dioxide in exhaust system. The device, through the oxygen sensor, tests the EGR system and checks whether components are working properly.
4, Easily determines the cause of the Check Engine Light (MIL), Retrieves vehicle information (VIN, CIN and CVN), Reads, stores and playbacks live sensor data
