MB SD Connect C4/C5 software can’t be used normally ?

Recently many customers reflect that when they run MB STAR C4 C5 xentry diagnostic software, it will ask you to enter user name and serial number. What happen to us ?

We help customer to remote control with teamviewer and we found that the hard driver (HDD) was not buy from our company. Customer meet this problem because they try to copy the software from our HDD. Our hard drive is encrypted and not allowed to replicate. A copy of the new hard disk software will appear this problem.
Please don’t copy the software from our Hard drive by yourself. Otherwise your software will lock ! Please contact us by email service@autonumen.com if you have any question about MB SD Connect C4/C5.
